The strong points of all our products mainly concern their simple use, their long life, the high processing quality and the limited maintenance required thanks to the adopted designing and assembling criteria.
Our pride is also the skill to highly personalize all our models in order to adapt them to the customers' different needs.
...one picture is enough!
Following the interest generated during the last years, we have decided to propose our initiative “SATISFACTION doesn’t need words” also at the 2017 exhibition of Vitrum, that will be held in Rho/Pero, Milan from 03rd to 06th October 2017.
Are you ready to take part in it? Send a picture with your Lattuada machine to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org! All the images received will be displayed at our booth at vitrum and included in a video collection.
Last but not least: those who will share this initiative and will visit us during the event will receive a nice gift…

To personally test the Lattuada quality...
This year we will be present with a larger area and with more models, all perfectly operative and they will work no-stop during the four exhibition days.
An absolute novelty will be the integration of a Kuka robot with two Lattuada edging machines. This has been made possible thanks to the start of the partnership with the German company Knittel Glass.
The proposed solution will consist of two edging machines for the processing of flat edge with arris with 11 wheels, a fully automatic glass size reading device and a Kuka robot to connect the two machines.
Some strong points of the ‘Adelio Lattuada + Knittel Formula’:
- Automatic and integrated online-measuring of the glasses
- Automatic adjustment of the working speed according to the glasses size
- Continuous production for a higher productivity (compared to the "fixed distance" solution)
- Possibility to turn the glass of 90° or 180°

To give you the opportunity to obtain the best results from our machines, in accordance with the Industry 4.0 National Plan we have started working together with Holonix. At Vitrum we will present the PLM IOT i-Like Machines software, which we are going to install on our machines with the purpose of collecting the machine’s data in order to track the usage both from the producer and from the user.

In addition to the two edging machines above mentioned, in our booth you will also find:
TLR 13 AV C PC: Edging machine with variable angle from 0 up to 45° polished by liquid cerium oxide. This model is part of the TLR series, which is the most used by the major producers of stratified glass for the heavy building industry. Addressed to all glaziers with huge production of glasses with big sizes and great thicknesses, it will be equipped also with a motorized washing machine on the outlet conveyor (model OT 300) and a PC to manage all working phases.
TLR 10 C DD H60: Electronic straight-line edging machine for the processing of flat edge with arris, polished by liquid cerium oxide. Equipped with a dubbing device and recommended for big productions of tempered glasses and/or high quality glasses for the interior design. It is able to process both glasses with important thicknesses and small glass stripes, up to a minimum size of height 60 mm.
GAMMA 624 PC F: Straight-line bevelling machine with 12 wheels for the processing of the bevel polished by liquid cerium oxide and with PC to manage all working phases.
OT 2000/500/4S: Open top vertical washing and drying machine for glasses with a thickness from 3 up to 25 mm (on request up to 40 mm) and with minimum dimensions of 350 mm. Equipped on the outlet side with a black panel with inspection lights to help the check of the glass cleanliness degree.
CT 2600/500/4S: Closed on top vertical washing and drying machine for glasses with a thickness from 3 up to 25 mm and with minimum dimensions of 350 mm.
Equipped on the outlet side with a black panel with inspection lights to help the check of the glass cleanliness degree. Equipped also with several sensors: glass anti-chute on the outlet conveyor, automatic glass detection at the entrance and to manage various energy saving functions.
The regulation both of the speed and of the glass thickness are motorized, in order to guarantee a high washing quality on every thickness.
DELTA M3 - Machine with 3 wheels for the processing of radium and straight corners perfectly polished in a single passage with flat edge with arris, pencil edge and other profiles (according to the wheels fitted on).

Lattuada Industry 4.0 Project
In accordance with the Industry 4.0 National Plan we have started working together with Holonix, a Milan Polytechnic spin-off, which with an experience of more than a decade, deals with the enhancement of the manufacturing processes’ efficiency, as well as the analysis, consultancy and implementation of Internet of Things solutions.
Internet of Things approach (things talk with us and communicate data) allows to release an added value to the product life cycle. The PLM IOT i-Like Machines software, which we are going to install on our models, has the purpose of collecting the machine’s usage data in order to track the usage both from the producer and from the user.
The software is composed of the following modules:
- Real-time tracking of the machine’s production cycle
- Alerts in case of malfunctioning
- Maintenance activities planning and scheduling optimization
- Malfunctions and downtime reduction
- Interventions history and data analysis display
- Reliability and plant availability maximization
- KPI and alarms history visualization
- Access to the machine’s usage reports statistics
FLEET MANAGEMENT MODULE
- Interface for the machines geolocation
We would be delighted to concretely introduce you this solution at our booth E01-G10 - Hall 7P at Vitrum 2017, which will take place in Milan from 03rd to 06th October.
